Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 forced to cancel Memorial weekend racing action!
Pevely, MO (May 20th, 2019) Flood waters are receding too slowly have once again force track officials to cancel the racing scheduled for Saturday, May 25th at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55. Things looked promising a few days ago, but heavy rains up north have not only slowed the rate of the water receding, but will cause the river to rise slightly near the end of the week.
The MOWA Sprint Car event scheduled for Saturday, May 25th will be canceled and no makeup date will be scheduled for this season.
Track officials hope to kick off the 2019 season the following weekend depending on the flood conditions.
